Tastings are subject to change but could include rich traditional gumbo at a beloved Creole restaurant, shrimp po-boy, boudin or alligator sausage for the adventurous, classic muffuletta stacked with olive salad, rustic savory jambalaya, sizzling char-grilled or BBQ oysters, a crab boudin ball that packs a punch, and calas, beignets, and buttery pralines made right!

The cooking demonstration takes place at the New Orleans School of cooking, in a fun and relaxed atmosphere with enough food for lunch (see sample menu below and note menus vary by the day.) Hosts and guides are knowledgeable with enthusiastic energy.
